We take great pride in the quality and durability of our products and expect the Gymbl™ to last a lifetime. We are pleased to offer a “lifetime warranty.”  If your Gymbl™ malfunctions from normal use, you can return it and we will gladly replace it.

Step 1: Send us an email at everywhere@youbiq.com to let us know that you will be returning your Gymbl. We’d love to know why, simply so we can learn from it. Include your order invoice# or forward your email invoice to us, so we can process your refund/return expediently.
